Facility Management System
The Facility Management System effectively is an automated system to stream out the core facilities and building maintenance processes. And it allows the authorized user like the Facility manager to have a complete control of the processes and ease of managing the facility with the assistance of accurate reporting of progress, resources and cost. It helps the Facility Manager with a platform to integrate information for marketing or commercial purposes.
It reduces the time spent for Managers to prepare the Master Maintenance schedule and delegation of work timetable. Finally, the Facility Management System provide access to Customers or User to submit work order or report problem easily for the Manager to act on it and update the status instantaneously to users when the problems resolved .
We understand that there are 5 main core areas that bind the system as a whole. Namely, Operations, Administration, Financial, Management and Human Resource processes. Based on STOMS processes, in which the 5 processes are included, a proprietary of a partner's Facility system structure, Cadmus developed a solution called FMOffice©2012 for internal and external clients use.
